Fear us! ...or not.

I wasn't allowed to dress up for Halloween. It's in my nature to be contrary, so I let my kids dress up for the unsacred holiday.

Here they are in all their scary and not so scary outfits. :)

Kaitlyn is the little vampire in the front with the scary fingers. She was either going to be a vampire, or a butterfly. Once she found the teeth and the cape, she wanted nothing else but to be a vampire. So we let her.

Daniel is a warrior. He looks the most like a character from the World of Warcraft. Particularly one that might be found in the Scarlet Monastery. He had a HUGE axe, but decided he would rather carry the sword.

Jolie wanted to be anything that would give her a princess look. Wings, a crown, flowers. Think...peaceful. :)

We took them to our church for the harvest festival where they "treated" the whole night and came home with lots of candy. Sucessful Hallows End. hehe.

Today is my brother's 30th birthday. I can't believe he's 30. I remember when he turned 10.
Today is also the start of Nanowrimo.
I'm 1,480 words of 50,000.
