could be the zipper man

Since I'm now thinking of things to blog about every day. So much comes up that I'm not sure what to put in my blog that will be interesting and fantastic to you. It does worry me that I'm dull as grey, scummy dishwater. However, I'm striving towards not thinking or writing for you at all. It's my hope that I'll write for me, and my desire is to get all my jumbled thoughts into bytes!

I don't own a printer. Yeah, kinda weird. Especially since I'm such a l33t1sT g33I<. But, I don't.

I love writing, but lately my hands hurt after writing with a pen. I attribute some of this to the sheer laziness of our culture and keyboards! However, if I'm not typing at a keyboard, I'm knitting, or making something with my hands. I'd like to think that my hands can only do so much before they get tired.


All of my emotions concerning this typewriter remind me of Greg Kinnear in "You've Got Mail." (my favorite movie) The Girl Who Was So In Love With Her Typewriter. That's me.

Making postcards...I am praying and hoping to the Almighty that this card gets to where it's supposed to go! I used to send out cards like this a lot to friends in far far away places. But, they would never get there. This one is going out with a stamp and a prayer. I took a photo of it, just in case it didn't make it...









I do weird things. I found this envelope in one of my craft boxes. It was sealed and had no address or note on whom it was for.

Kinda guessing at the decorated envelope that was for someone who liked...collage and art journals. I couldn't remember who, so I ripped it open and yes, it was for someone who likes gluebooks.

I don't know why I still had this, or why I never mailed it. Oh well, yay for me! New pieces to play with!
