happy fun stuff.
I had a fantastic day.
Some days during my days off from the bookstore, it feels all I do is play catch up on the housework. Basically, always working, and running from one job to the other. Changing up one hat for another hat. This is something a high strung person such as myself...feeds on.
I admit it.
Me. Feed. On. Stress. It helps me get stuff done. I'm not sure why..but if there is a deadline or a certain thing I need to have done by a certain time...I'm a horrible person to live with until I get it finished. Ask any of my 4 roommates. haha.
Today was good. It was a day off from bookstore day. I wrote up a list of things I needed to do in town and decided to take along just my girls for the day. They're so much fun. I forget in the whirl of stress and cyclone of getting from here to there, how much they're turning into people who are fun to hang out with.
My van wasn't behaving itself, so I took Sean's car. It doesn't have a cd player in it. So the girls and I sang every song they knew...which is about 7. We got to "Ezekiel saw the Wheel" and I about lost control of my car when I said out loud. "Sometimes I still wonder what that song means exactly."
Jolie replies back real quick, "I think it's just a commercial song for tires. You know for back in Bible days."
I'm glad I gave birth to the coolest people I'll ever meet.
